Ford EcoSport Facelift 2017 Launching On November 9, Variant-wise Features Leaked!

Ford EcoSport Facelift 2017 be launched on November 9. It will come loaded with features like Paddle Shifters, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Cruise Control etc.

Ford EcoSport Facelift, the much awaited car of the year 2017 is expected to launch in the Indian car market on coming November 9. The launch of this facelifted EcoSport is going to be crucial for the car marker as already Tata Motors has launched its Nexon SUV in the market and Maruti Suzuki is selling the Brezza compact SUV like hot cakes. Just a week ahead of the EcoSport facelift launch, the variant-wise features of this compact SUV are leaked. The upcoming Ford EcoSport facelift is expected to come in the following five exciting variants:

• Ford EcoSport Ambiente
• Ford EcoSport Trend
• Ford EcoSport Trend+
• Ford EcoSport Titanium
• Ford EcoSport Titanium+

The Ambiente will be the base variant of the facelifted EcoSport, while the Titanium+ will be top-end variant. The car will come in both diesel and petrol powertrains and is said to carry the much talked Dragon series petrol mill. However, the details of the diesel engine are not yet out. The 1.5 Litre 3-cylinder petrol engine of the upcoming Ford EcoSport facelift is said to churn maximum power of 121 bhp and peak torque of 150 Nm. The engine will be linked either a 5-speed manual transmission or will have an AT gearbox.

The AT variant is very likely to come with paddle shifters this time and the ABS with EBD will be a standard offering in all the Ford EcoSport 2017 variants. Like the forerunner, the dual front airbags will also be a standard feature in the EcoSport lineup.

On the existing EcoSport models, the company is offering stock clearance discounts of up to Rs. 1 lakh. Moreover, the dealerships are also offering additional cash benefits, exchange offers and finance options on the outgoing model.
