Volkswagen recently disclosed the interiors of the Volkswagen Taigun in the Indian market. The interiors of the SUV see its limelight via a few of the rendered images revealed by the brand itself. The black interiors of the SUV look very appealing and it gives a very trendy look. The list of the features is long and also an interesting one. The SUV ensures safety with six airbags, three headrests at rear, three-point seat belts and ABS. Keeping the safety of the child in mind, the car comes with ISOFIX child seat anchorage. In addition, electronic stability control and rear parking camera are other two key safety highlights of the car.

The Taigun will be available in two engine choices; 1.5-litre turbo TSI and 1.0-litre. The 1.5-litre mill is the bigger one and comes mated to a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed gearbox of DSG while the 1.0-litre engine is offered in 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox choices.

The head of Volkswagen Group Design, states that Taigun is a combination of power, space and dynamics. Mr Klaus Zyciora believes that the SUV will offer the best quality, legendary safety and a good build-up.

Taigun offers distinctive rear and width spanning C- shaped LED tail lamps that give it an appealing look. Making it a sassy and sporty SUV is an extra added feature to the aesthetics of it.

Mr Jozef Kabaň, Head of Volkswagen Design goes on to state that, Taigun has a seamless integration in the design prospect that gives out the signature style of Volkswagen. Indian customer would love the exterior and interiors of the SUV. Specially developed for Indian customers, it would meet out the needs and requirements of the people.
