Alongside the launch of the new all-new FZ-X 150cc motorcycle, Yamaha also updated its entire scooter lineup, which includes the Fascino 125 Fi, Ray ZR 125 Fi and Ray ZR Rally Street 125 Fi. All of the scooters now come with additional features, with Fascino getting a new hybrid system to its powertrain.
2021 Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi – What is new?
While the Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi retains the curvaceous and sleek design which was introduced in 2020, the scooter now comes with a range of new additional features. The scooter now comes with LED headlamp and LED taillight, with the former getting a small horizontal bar on daytime running LED in the middle of it.
The updated Fascino 125 FI also gets an all-new fully digital instrument console, which also features Bluetooth connectivity and compatibility with the Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X smartphone application, through which one can stay updated with riding records, parking history, location and answering phone calls.
The Yamaha Fascino 125 FI continues to get the four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected, 125cc engine, which makes 8.3 PS @ 6,500rpm and 10.3 Nm @ 5,500rpm. However, the engine now comes equipped with a new mild hybrid system, which gives an additional power boost to the scooter for 3 seconds.
There are some new colors introduced to the Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi range too – while the disc variant can now be had with new Vivid Red Special, Matt Black Special and Cool Blue Metallic, the drum variant sees the inclusion of Yellow Cocktail.

2021 Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Fi and Yamaha RayZR Street Rally 125 Fi – What’s new?
The Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Fi as well as its sportier-looking avatar, the Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally 125 Fi do sport an LED headlamp and LED tail lamp. Apart from these couple of inclusions, there are no other changes to the scooters, which were launched last year only.
