Hero Splendor Offer 2021

Hero MotoCorp has announced a range of festive offers across its entire range of products, including its highest-selling motorcycles under the sub-brand of Splendor nameplate. Currently, the Hero Splendor range has three different motorcycles – Splendor+, Splendor iSmart and Super Splendor.

What are the offers?

The entire range of Hero Splendor motorcycles are available with cashback of up to Rs 7,500, provided the customer is purchasing any of the three motorcycles through credit card EMI transaction. To avail of this offer, the customer has to process a credit card swipe for the loan amount – Rs 50,000 for SBI credit card holders and Rs 40,000 for other banks’ credit cardholders.

Apart from this said offer of cashback on credit card EMI transaction for making the purchase, there are no other offers on Hero Splendor+ and Splendor iSmart. However, the most premium of the Splendor range, Hero Super Splendor is being offered with an additional cash discount of Rs 2,000, irrespective of whether a person is purchasing a loan or full cash payment.

Hero Splendor+

The Hero Splendor+ is the highest selling motorcycle in the Indian market for more than a couple of decades now and serves as the backbone of Hero MotoCorp and the 100cc segment of commuters in general. In its current BS6 iteration, the Hero Splendor+ retains the very functional but iconic design but has got a few features and updates to its engine to meet BS6 emission norms. The motorcycle gets some modern features like an idle start-stop system (i3S) and standard alloy wheels and tubeless tyres to keep on with the times. The tried and tested 97.2cc engine of the Hero Splendor+ makes 7.9 bhp of maximum power and 8 Nm of maximum torque. The Hero Splendor+ is on sale in three different variants – kick start (Rs 64,850), self-start (Rs 67,160) and self-start with i3S (Rs 68,360).

Hero Splendor iSmart

The Hero Splendor iSmart was launched alongside the Splendor+ as a modern iteration of the latter, with a more urban design as compared to the utilitarian one of the Splendor+. The Hero Splendor iSmart was the first motorcycle in India to get a BS6 compliant engine. Positioned in the premium segment of 110cc commuter motorcycles, the Hero Splendor iSmart looks modern with features like all-black treatment for engine and alloy wheels, front disc brake, split pillion grab rails, idle start-stop system (i3S) and a part-digital instrument console. The 113.2cc engine of the Hero Splendor iSmart puts up 9 bhp of maximum power and 9.9 Nm of maximum torque. The Hero Splendor iSmart has been made available in two variants – front drum brake (Rs 69,650) and front disc brake (Rs 72,350).

Hero Super Splendor

The Hero Super Splendor was launched for those who wanted the traditional virtues of Splendor like reliability, high fuel efficiency and easy-to-use nature with a slightly more powerful engine and bigger bike appeal. In its latest BS6 iteration, the Hero Super Splendor went under a significant transition, which saw the motorcycle receiving all-new styling, engine and frame, along with new features like an idle start-stop system (i3S), a new 5-speed gearbox and a long seat. The new 124.7cc engine of the Super Splendor pumps out 10.7 bhp of maximum power and 10.6 Nm of maximum torque. With Rs 73,900 for the front drum brake variant and Rs 77,600 for the front disc brake variant, the Hero Super Splendor is one of the most affordable 125cc bikes in the country today.
