2024 Renault Kwid, Triber and Kiger Hit Streets, Here’s Everything You Must Know!

A bold start of 2024 by Renault introducing trio – Kwid, Triber and Kiger – Marking the Beginning of an exciting Journey towards 5 trailblazing models.

On 9 January 2024, Renault India announced the launch of fresh and upgraded models of Kwid, Triber and Kiger. All three cars have received a facelift, incorporating subtle cosmetic enhancements, additional variants, fresh colour choices, new features, and an array of other updates.

This new range has got more than 10 new features with 5 fresh variants in the market shuffled between these 3 models.

Renault Kwid

RENAULT KWID 2024

Price – Starting from 4.70 Lakh (ex-showroom)

The Kwid climber now offers an extended colour palette of three new dual tone colour options, providing customers with a total selection range of five distinctive shades to choose from adding a touch of personalization and style to their driving experience.

Renault proudly asserts that it boasts the most extensive dual tone range within A segment. Additionally, RXL(O) variants now feature an AMT gearbox coupled with an 8-inch infotainment system, enhancing driving experience.

Renault Triber

RENAULT TRIBER 2024

Price – Starting from 6 Lakh (ex-showroom)

In 2024 Triber, Renault introduces a range of enhanced features, making it another masterpiece to elevate driving experience. These include the convenience of driver’s seat armrest, practically powered outside rear view mirror (ORVMs), a modern and informative 7-inch touchscreen, the supremacy of wireless charging and the ambient illumination provided by LED cabin lights.

In addition to this, a stylish makeover with a sleek new black finish is introduced. For the RXT variant, Renault takes it a step further by integrating advanced functionalities by including the added safety and convenience of a rear camera, the rear wiper and a dedicated AC control with individual vents for 2nd and 3rd rows. Moreover, all the upgraded variants have got a PM2.5 air filter with a rear seatbelt reminder. A collective enhanced driving pleasure, comfort, and safety.

Renault Kiger

RENAULT KIGER 2024

Price – Starting from 6 Lakh (ex-showroom)

Renault Kiger, the SUV has received notable upgrades making it more appealing and better functioning. Here, latest additions include puddle lamps, an auto dimming inside rearview mirror, LED cabin lights and distinctive red brake callipers for turbo petrol version, elevating both style and safety. Additionally, the RXT (O) variant boasts added comfort with automatic climate control and powered outside rear view mirrors (OVRMs) making it a premium driving experience with style.

Further, it is available in two engine variants that are, a 1.0 litre, 3-cyl, NA petrol and another 1.0 litre, 3-cyl turbo petrol variant. Its gearbox option has 5 speed manual, AMT and CVT.

In the RXZ variant, additions like cruise control have been incorporated, adding an extra layer of sophistication and control during the journey. These enhancements in the SUV makes it even more attractive and feature rich choice in the budgeted SUV segment.

Other things to know

Not only these three but Renault also announced plans to launch five new models by 2027. Before this brand has also announced €3 billion investment for four international hubs, India being the one too. CEO and managing director of Renault India, Mr Venkatram Mamillapalle dictated that in the coming three years they are all set to embark on an exhilarating journey of five product launches which includes entirely new models as well as next generation from current models available.

According to him,  this stride forward is not only a witness of their commitment but also an introduction to the upgraded image of Renault in the Indian market. He also delivered in his quotation that the brand is committed to deliver exceptional value, create delightful experiences, and evoke a renewed sense of pride in Renault’s customers.

Renault claimed this launch as the supportive step by them towards the “Make in India” campaign and to strengthen their local presence after establishing a production plant in Chennai, logistic and technology centre set up in India and design studio.
