Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has today launched the new Hyundai Tucson in India at the starting price of Rs. 22.30 lakh (ex-showroom, India) through its ‘The Next Dimension’ virtual initiative. Alongside the launch of New Hyundai Tucson, the 2nd largest car manufacturer in India also showcased the ultimate SUV All-New Creta and the Spirited New Verna.
‘The Next Dimension’ is the first-in-industry full-scale human-centric design showcase that bridges the distances between the dynamic physical and digital worlds and keeps the experience alive.
On the occasion of this industry-first, virtual-reality experience, Mr S S Kim, MD and CEO, Hyundai India expressed that the company is glad to introduce the Virtual World of Hyundai through an exceptional digital experience, ‘The Next Dimension’. He added that with the technological prowess, Hyundai Motors has created a new paradigm in bringing the new experience alive. He stated that ‘The Next Dimension’ is an immersive expression of different cultures through Human-Centric Design.
Through ‘The Next Dimension’ virtual world, Hyundai has highlighted its innovation-centric approach and introduced its three iconic cars – the All-New Creta, Spirited New Verna and the launch of the 2020 New Tucson.

Specifications and Performance
The new Hyundai Tucson gets calibrating 2.0-litre diesel and petrol engines. The diesel engine gets a new and advanced 8-speed automatic transmission and produces best-in-segment power and torque of 185ps and 40.8 kgm respectively. Likewise, the petrol engine also churns amazing peak power and peak torque of 152 ps and 19.6 kgm respectively. This petrol engine comes mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The driving pleasure is further maximized through Tucson’s HTRAC four-wheel-drive system, advanced traction control and varied drive modes.
